Wave 1 ShadowNurse Hiring

We are finalizing our Wave 1 hires and will begin onboarding in the next several days.

Important - you are still in our active candidate pool, which means you might be called up for Wave 2 or 3 in the near future. We will have more details about these next waves coming soon.

Remember: We are looking for some very specific things in these first waves and so you may not hear back from us directly yet. Nonetheless, don’t be discouraged 🤗 If you are not selected we will keep your application under review for future waves. Countdown to Soft Launch

Definition: A soft launch is the release of a product, service, or feature to a limited audience or market segment prior to a full-scale launch. This approach allows companies to test and refine their offerings based on real-world feedback, identify and address potential issues, and gauge customer and team-member reactions in a controlled setting. Soft launches are often used in technology, gaming, and app development, as well as in the rollout of new retail locations or services. The insights gained from a soft launch help improve the product before broader exposure, reducing risks associated with a full launch.

We are officially in countdown mode with about a week to go before our soft launch. The soft launch will include the rollout of our brand new website and patient onboarding flow. We will also begin targeted marketing in select communities. Wave 1 ShadowNurse onboarding and training are a key part of our soft launch success.
