Hi there,

If I could go back to the start of my remote work journey, there are a few things I’d tell myself. At the top of the list: “you’re going to feel overwhelmed at first, but the right community and tools will make it all click.”

I’m not gonna lie, it was a massive learning curve to go from clinical research nursing to working as a nurse ops lead at a real (50 person) start up in San Francisco! Whew! What is Slack? What do you mean we don’t have a shared drive on my local desktop? Is the ‘cloud’ safe?

There is a lot more nuance and culture in remote work than one might think. Especially in corporate roles. We will cover so many of these topics this weekend. Oh my goodness I am getting so excited thinking about it!
