Thrilling news this week as I announce the official launch of the ShadowNurse pilot program with select Ronald McDonald House locations in Upstate NY. This milestone advances our mission to provide compassionate, specialized healthcare support to families during their most challenging times.

Our pilot program began a week ago, primarily supporting families with children in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. We understand that having a baby in the NICU creates unique emotional, physical, and logistical challenges for families navigating an already difficult journey.

The Ronald McDonald House provides a "home away from home" for these families, and we're honored to extend our specialized nursing support within this caring environment. The response from families and Ronald McDonald House staff has been overwhelmingly positive. We're witnessing firsthand how our nursing support makes a meaningful difference during these critical times.

As we evaluate and refine this pilot program, we remain committed to expanding our reach and enhancing our services. We believe this partnership model can improve outcomes for families across the country, eventually. For now, this is a small but huge step for ShadowNurse.
