My how things can change. The overwhelming number of applications challenged us to think about building something with enough scale and power to accommodate as many nurses as possible–as fast as possible. Our answer is what we are calling “The ShadowNurse Marketplace”, and while we can’t divulge everything today, we’d like to give you an idea of what’s to come. Don’t worry if it doesn’t all make sense yet… we are committed to bringing you along on this journey.

As a simple introduction, our innovative online Marketplace is being designed to feature you. It will include a fully customizable profile and the ability to control every aspect of your remote work environment–like rates, hours, and other attributes and preferences. The goal is to provide you with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility that will help you thrive and deliver the highest caliber of care navigation imaginable.

We are doing this together, so naturally we are committed to providing you with training options and support enabling you to successfully join the marketplace, engage patients, and provide remote care navigation–on your terms. Read on to learn about training via “The ShadowNurse Experience”.

You’ll want to be ready to go just as soon as the platform launches and this will require some training. That’s why we are creating The ShadowNurse Experience for all applicants and making it available to you today. The Experience will provide you with everything you need to know to become a ShadowNurse.

The ShadowNurse Marketplace Concept

We hope this profile mockup helps imagine what is possible. This is a new concept in the nursing profession and one we are pioneering. Using our technology, you will be able to create your custom profile to market yourself to patients. Special features will also allow you to save your credentials, degree information, contact info, set your rates, and set yourself as ‘available’ or ‘away’.

This is just the beginning. The heartbeat on the bottom will display incoming requests to join clinic visits and advocate for your patients. The globe is where you will accomplish your tasks. In it you will have a suite of features designed to alleviate administrative burden from your work.
