2024: Learning, Building, Testing
Completed beta testing with a prototype ShadowNurse service
Conducted extensive market research with patients and nurses
Initiated key partnership conversations with prominent healthcare brands
Got accepted into the final round of the Nation Science Foundation’s Small Business Research Innovation Grant based on our proposal for developing advanced artificial intelligence (decision still pending)
Completed Wave 1 RN ShadowNurse selections
Built an end-to-end web-based platform and experience for patients based on their enrollment into one of 5 ShadowNurse service tiers
Soft launched this new platform over Thanksgiving and started enrolling patients

2025: Firing Up The Engines
Last year was largely about setting us all up for success in 2025. And getting through last year took a lot of hard work and patience, but the payoff is coming. Here’s a look at some of the many things you can look forward to this year:
Building your profile:
Your information and attributes: To help us better understand you and your skills, experience, and desires, we created the ShadowNurse Application Extension Form so that we can accurately feature you when the time is right. It’s important to remember that at this early stage we onboard ShadowNurses based on need for various attributes. There is no ‘perfect’ application and we continually review your information so that we can act quickly when it’s your time to go to the next onboarding stage. If you haven’t yet taken this step, we encourage you to do so at your earliest convenience (helpful hint: don’t do it twice ;)

This course and content will be hosted on a special online ShadowNurse portal that will go live in the first half of this year.
